Electrical Superintendent (Austin, Texas) Position Overview:

The Electrical Superintendent (Austin, Texas) supervises and coordinates all on-site electrical activities to ensure that project goals are met in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and company standards. This individual is responsible for managing crews, scheduling, coordinating with other trades, and overseeing the quality and progress of the electrical installations.

Electrical Superintendent (Austin, Texas) Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring field personnel
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and GC
• Coordinating all manpower and materials
• Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics
• Monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity

Electrical Superintendent (Austin, Texas) Requirements

• Texas state electrical journeyman license; OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and building codes.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience utilizing prefabrication.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and other construction management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
